We are pleased to announce that Dragon Poland had the opportunity to present in the Supplier Scoring & Price Management section and share our experience of collaboration with ADEO during the first hybrid edition of SUPPLIERS CONVENTION ADEO MDH EUROPE 2024!
The event focused on key topics such as innovation, environmental initiatives, and process automation that form the foundation of ADEO's collaboration with suppliers. One of the main points of the conference was the setting of joint goals for 2025, which ADEO will work on with suppliers, based on their strong partnership relationships.
During their presentation, Dragon Poland representatives — Michał Czekaj and Tomasz Nowak — shared the history of our collaboration with ADEO, discussing the early stages of the partnership, challenges faced, and major projects that ended successfully. They also talked about key changes in communication processes and how these changes improved the efficiency of project execution.
They also highlighted the importance of process automation, both in the office and in production, as well as the investments in new machinery and tools, which help increase work efficiency.
